|
| One database, one truth—Softrack’s
principle. Based on the user preferences Softrack
sends out alerts against the measures set.
These alerts give the required information
in real time. |
| Direct
from relational data source-
Softrack can source directly from the
relational data source. This kind of
data-feed, helps Softrack in picking
up messages and display results on the
dashboard, achieving zero-latency by
bypassing the data warehouse. |
| Event driven
alerts
Softrack allows users to set alerts
that get triggered off instantaneously
the moment the database registers a
change. These alerts can be e-mailed
to any valid SMTP address or even be
sent to any connected mobile device.

|
|
| Exception highlighting
allows users to very quickly identify problem
areas on dashboards, in reports, and within
Analytic Workflows. Specifically: |
| Dashboards
- Exception highlighting is visible
at any job level. In the portfolio dashboard
it is visible in measures too. |
| Reports
- Individual cells can be color coded
based on thresholds. This allows the
user to very quickly identify trends
or significant changes. The user can
then drill down to the submitted reports
against each cell. |
|
|
|
| Collaboration among users during the
decision-making process encourages team-based problem
solving and enables individuals with particular domain
expertise to share their knowledge with others. To support
collaborative decision-making, Softrack allows process
centric e-mail which can be further classified under various
categories. This allows capture of all the feedback related
to processes at one place. |
| While most Softrack users will
log into the system; login is not required to receive
reports. Reports can be broadcast in various forms
(PDF, HTML, CSV, and Excel) or a link to the report
can be sent via email. |
| Softrack also supports archiving
functionality. All the project data can be archived
with a single click—reducing the time and resources
required for archiving. |
|
| Softrack offers the highest level
of integration with Microsoft Excel including: |
| Formatted Export to Excel
- Exports data into new Excel spreadsheet, retaining
all formatting and charting applied within the Softrack
interface. |
|
| Softrack supports all major device
protocols, device-specific workflows, and form factors,
ensuring that the interface on each device is easy to
use and navigate out of the box. Softrack’s mobile support
includes personalized, real-time alerts across all devices,
thin-client device-specific interfaces, integrated "multi-mode"
access and delivery, and remote print |
