| Satya V. V. V is an electronics
and communications engineer with more than 20 years Experience
at senior management level. Prior to founding Vortex Technologies,
he was Instrumental in floating several startups in electronics
sector. |
| At Vortex, he is the chief
architect of the enterprise software application SofTrack
and SmarTrack. He also heads the quality initiatives within
Vortex, in line with his vast experience in quality systems..

| As
the chief architect at Vortex, Satya loves to work with
Microsoft .NETŪ technology and is a self-proclaimed .NETŪ
evangelist. Microsoft recognized his competence and inducted
him into the world wide Regional Director Program. |
| Satya also received Microsoft's
MVP (Most Valuable Professional) award in the year 2003.

| Ms.
Sridevi, Technical Director, has more than 8 years
of experience in software design. She heads the product
development group and also oversees the .NETŪ services
division. |
| She is solely responsible for
building Vortex's competence in .NETŪ platform. Infact
she is one of the early adopters of the .NETŪ platform
right from Beta1 release of Visual Studio .NETŪ |
| Sridevi earlier worked with HCL Technologies Ltd on various banking products on latest technologies. Also she offered her consultancy services to Microsoft and other organisations like CMC Ltd through Microsoft. |
| At Vortex, Sridevi - as vice president, is responsible for all the Research and Development activities and to introduce latest technologies into production. |
| Mr.
Mohammed Shujath, a Computer Science engineer with 4 years of experience in developing and managing information systems in the field of Enterprise Resource Planning, Supply Chain Management and Supply Network Optimization. |
| He was previously with Intel Corporation where he was actively involved in the creation of end-to-end solutions used for the automation of business processes of various divisions within the organization. |
| At Vortex, Shujath - as vice president, with his rich experience in software development is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the various development activities on a day to day basis. |
